Our time is very valuable. To ensure I can provide the best look possible please arrive on time to your appointments. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full appointment time. In the event I (Jessica) am running behind schedule. You will receive your full-service time. If you are late for your appointment, I will accomplish what I can in the time allotted. In the event you should be tardy please notify me via call or text message. 

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I ask you to notify my no less than 24 hours in advance. 



-I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE $50.00 IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE CANCELLATION FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS PRIOR TO SCHEDULING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. IF THE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEE IS NOT PAID, NO OTHER APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED. 



I do not offer refunds; however I am more than willing to address any concerns you may have.

The satisfaction of my clients is of my highest priority! I offer prompt solutions to any problems or concerns that may arise. If you are experiencing a reaction or premature lash shedding, please notify me of said concern no later than three business days after the initial lash application.
